Donate NowAdom Hope is a nonprofit organization founded in 2005 with a mission to end poverty in Ghana. We focus on education, empowering youth and women, and taking action against climate change. Supported by a global network of volunteers, we work to uplift young people in Ghana, promoting personal growth and community development while actively addressing environmental challenges.
Our efforts align with several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: No Poverty (SDG1), Quality Education (SDG4), Gender Equality (SDG5), Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG8), and Climate Action (SDG13). By concentrating on these crucial areas, we aim to create a sustainable future and make a positive impact on our world.

Youth unemployment is a significant challenge in Ghana. With 12% unemployment and over 50% underemployment among young people, the rates surpass those in many other Sub-Saharan African countries. At Adom Hope, we are dedicated to empowering youth under the age of 35 to overcome these obstacles and unlock their full potential.

We also strive to raise awareness about the causes and effects of climate change. Adom Hope offers educational resources, training sessions, and workshops that equip individuals with the knowledge to understand the science behind climate change, its impact on ecosystems and communities, and the importance of adopting sustainable practices.
